Those shots were actually taken around May 28th or something like that. There haven't been any new ones since he was spotted in PA for Transformers.

Actually he is back in NYC filming, they are filming scenes all the week. Transformers scenes are now with Shia and Megan mostly.

I didn't say they weren't filming... I said there hadn't been any new pictures.
I found new pictures posted today on another site that are from the 6th.
